Raymond is a highly experienced and skilled instructional designer and UX designer professional, with a wealth of expertise garnered from more than 10 years of successful consulting across multiple industries. His track record of delivering exceptional results for clients in the automotive, healthcare, government, agencies, and telecom sectors is unparalleled, and he possesses an exceptional ability to blend creative and innovative thinking with a continuous learning mindset.

Throughout his consulting career, Raymond has proven himself to be a highly versatile professional, with extensive experience in user research, user-centered design, technical writing, video editing, graphic design, and key performance indicator definition. He possesses a deep understanding of a range of tools and technologies, including Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, Camtasia, and Figma.

His ultimate goal is to inspire people to push themselves to new heights of innovation and creativity through exceptional design. In his free time, Raymond indulges his passions for anime, fan art creation on Instagram, UFC, and travel, constantly seeking out new experiences and challenges to keep his mind sharp and his creative juices flowing.
